Swim to a secluded sand spit point in Port Hacking off Lilli Pilli point at low tide. The island like body is perfect for an adventure, although there may be stingrays able to be tread on the atmosphere of the water and location is tranquil. Sutherland is also known for it’s Royal National Park, take a boat over there and see what nature has to offer. Nina’s Famous Gymea Chocolate factory is worth stopping by as well.. Do I have to explain why? ;)

Sutherland is home to some magnificent parks such as Prince Edward Park, Sutherland Park, Waratah Park, Peace Park, Forby Sutherland Memorial Garden, Sutherland Community Gardens, Clio Street Reserve, Glencoe Street Reserve, Gray Street Reserve, Leonay Street Reserve.
